Hi-five Greetings,

My name is Agung Arifin a.k.a Tecnica and I’m a full time Disc Jockey as well as Traceurs. I’m not a full time blogger but I do want to have little fun earning as well as learning from it. This site is dedicated for all of you who wants some information on parkour, fitness, nutritions, djing, blogging, and living in Indonesia.

Reason to blog me?

I used to live 24 hours a day with a bunch of activities and rush. Everything you find in this blog is mostly stuffs I used to do and learned. There are many things I run in my life where I can easily forget about it so, having a blog is a good idea to save those unforgettable moments.

My Philosophy

Salam lima Jari or Hi-Five Greetings is a type of symbols or a few words describing freedom. Creating my own way of life, my own path to get through, my own rules to follow, believing in myself, and just do it gives me something called “Free World” where I enjoy living in it.

There’s no such things like impossible in my life. Everything is possible, if you gives time to cut bullsh*t and do more work.

Dual language?

Yes mate, I wrote both in Bahasa Indonesia and English in this blog. The reason is because in my country, many many many including me are still learning English. Do you want them to open a translator or get a guide to read my articles? Hell no… I love my country and I love you too so why not sharing in both languages.
